Emory Pass
| Located at mile post 31 on Highway 152
is the summit of Emory Pass. There is a hiking trailhead at
the vista parking area where these photo's were taken. From
mile post 16 on Highway 152 it is 16 miles to the summit of
the pass with numerous campgrounds, hiking trails in a
forested setting. The highway is a paved narrow two lane
with hairpin curves and views that take the breath away. |
