Our policies

• Rates are based on double occupancy (1 - 2 adults)

• Two Night Minimum Stay Requirement

• No pets

• No children under 18

• No Smoking in the Cabins

Check In: When you make your reservation, we ask that you give us your expected check in time between 3 PM and 6 PM Mountain Standard Time on your first visit so that we may arrange for someone to greet you, show you to your cabin, and go over amenities. On the day of your scheduled arrival, should you need to adjust your expected arrival time, please contact us so that we may make new arrangements.

Please Note: New Mexico observes Daylight Savings time from Spring to Fall each year. Please take this into consideration when planning your arrival time.

Privacy
Georgetown Cabins and grounds are intended for the private and exclusive use of our registered guests. We value our guests’ privacy and security.  Any person’s entrance other than a registered guest must be prearranged at the time of booking by the registered responsible guest and Georgetown management. Georgetown Cabins reserves the right to regulate and refuse access to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

Reservations
Reservations may be made with a personal check or credit card.  Cancellations 7 days prior to the reserved time will be accepted in full. Cancellations received after 7 days prior to the scheduled time of arrival will only be refunded if another guest books the cabin.
